Altoona, Pennsylvania - September 4, 2008 – Digital Solutions/Inmate Telephone, Inc. is proud to announce the 2008 User Group Conference being held from September 15-18th at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona, PA. The annual training conference will bring together DSI/ITI employees, leaders within the corrections industry as well as current product users and potential clients.

This year marks the 20th anniversary of the company’s User Group meeting. Those in attendance will include customers that currently utilize the company’s three main product lines - the Offender Management System (OMS), a comprehensive jail management system; the Offender Communication System (OCS), a state-of-the-art inmate telephone system; and the Probation and Parole System, a complete case management system for adult and juvenile probation offices.

Festivities begin with the annual golf outing at Park Hills Country Club in Altoona followed by a hospitality night where participants will have the opportunity to mingle with industry professionals and visit with the company’s partners in the Vendor Hall. The highlight of the evening will be the Technology Hall, where participants can interact and experiment with a number of the company’s new and innovative products. The week continues with remarks from the company’s President and CEO, Mr. Anthony Bambocci as well as Mr. James Rokosky, the company’s Chief Operations Officer. Helpful break-out sessions, informative seminars, change request forums and other enjoyable events fill the remainder of the week.

All DSI/ITI products are created with the direct input of corrections industry professionals. Comments received directly from clients at the Annual User Group meeting are vital to the improvement of current applications and the continual development of new products. This input ensures that Digital Solutions/Inmate Telephone, Inc. creates the most up-to-date and corrections-focused applications available on the market.
