User Group 2008 20 Years of User Group! This years User Group is being held September 15, 2008– September 18, 2008 at the Blair County Convention Center in Altoona PA. Offender Management, Offender Communication, Probation and Parole - will all be held at one time allowing customers to talk with individuals from all sectors of the correctional industry. The DSI/ITI staff is planning helpful break-out sessions, informative seminars, change request forums and fun-filled events.
